If you are not yet familiar, ICTC is a non-profit, tax exempt, culturally diverse, pregnancy support and health promotion organization headquartered in Portland, OR, with chapters forming across the nation. Currently, we provide doula services to an increasing amount of women monthly as well as training opportunities through our Full Circle Doula Program and rights of Passage Midwife Training Program. As a whole, we strive to positively impact the lives of the unborn, newborn, mothers, fathers and their families;through education, breastfeeding promotion, and overall self-care. ICTC also offers free pregnancy testing and resources, prenatal and parenting classes, doulas and complete pregnancy support.
Most of our services are either free or available on a sliding scale rate. Only through support from our communities by way of Memberships, volunteering, sponsoring and grant funding are we able to continue to encourage, guide and provide resources for pregnant mothers and new parents. We are fully committed to the empowerment of women, increasing positive birth outcomes and decreasing infant mortality in African American Communities.
We invite and welcome all who share our passion and support our mission to become a member! It’s the Health Care Advocates, Doulas, Healers, Midwives and all others who desire to help our struggling women and families that we consider the “back bone” of ICTC. Your membership is truly appreciated!
Impart: We strive to follow the moral and ethical guidance of our learned Midwives and Healers of past. Any woman that reaches out will receive a hand.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
Note: Payment options vary, however to join our membership, a completed membership Registration/Application form must be completed and submitted via e-mail to ictc@comcast.net or sent post-mail to ICTC: P.O Box 11923. Portland, OR 97217. All checks and money order written out to ICTC.
PAYPAL: Click on the membership that's right for you. After you have paid your individual membership fee, please allow 1-2 business days for your information to be processed and you will receive a notification through e-mail that we have received your payment.
Post-mail: Download an ICTC Membership Application, complete and mail to the ICTC Office, along with your payment. You will receive a receipt and Welcome letter, including your Membership ID/Password, with 2 Weeks from the date your payment is received.
Donations: If you are sending a tax deductable donation through Pay Pal, please e-mail Kamaria Wilson, Office Manager. You will receive an official receipt thanking you for your considerate contribution and stating the amount donated for your tax purposes. Please be sure to state your name, address and the amount donated in your e-mail.
